Setting up a business or entering the job market! Such was the nerves-jarring dilemma that disrupted my nights after my education as a Statistical engineer.
After a few stints here and there in renowned public and private companies, I eventually made up my mind to set up this Company, with the ambition to bring my contribution to the emergence of an Africa that banks on the expertise and knowledge of its people, men and women alike.
For me, the modeling of information systems is less a professional activity than a sacred option. The challenge that I find the most exciting is to modernize the formalities and procedures of our administrations, the processing of which is mainly done through inefficient manual practices, while harnessing the so-called new technologies, to make them more autonomous and to step up their capacities and the quality of their service.
The achievements of the ModelSis Firm, which has overtime turned into a computer development company, go far beyond the borders of Senegal, and we have the ambition to push the limits farther and the unfailing urge to give a glimpse of the quality of African human resources, in the particular case of ours, I mean computerization.
This adventure, for me, is a journey. A long journey that has taken us, my team and I, to the outmost fringes of countries of the West African sub region, to Central Africa and beyond.
So I would like to thank all public administrations and sub-regional, regional and international institutions that keep trusting our company and its outputs.
In any case, for us in ModelSis, Sky is not the limit, But the beginning!
